Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 14 day policy for regular store items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Online returns & exchange:
Refunds (in its original tender) will only be given for items received damaged or defective. If items were never received, proof from USPS must be provided.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS. Currently, all return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your order and 5-10 business days for it to ship. *Transit times vary.
